    1. The biggest tip I can give is to EAT CLEAN. A defined midsection is not made in the gym, it is made in the kitchen! Steer clear of processed foods, most importantly, SUGAR. Also make sure you are consuming enough calories and lean protein to sustain you so you do not trigger a starvation mode and reactive response in your body. Hope that helps!
